Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime. The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America. Responsible for providing technical guidance to customers primarily by telephone calls, e-mails and occasionally travelling to customer sites. This includes addressing customer inquiries regarding cross overs, product selection, product application, installation and operation guidance, and performance issues. Will use the information gathered through these customer interactions to generate new product development ideas and proactively present to management for potential sales strategies. Responsible for maintains ERP system item accuracy of Value Stream, MPC and other categories. Responsible for maintaining product line nomenclatures and new item creations. Assists in development of marketing materials such as brochures and data sheets. Assists in digital marketing needs, such as websphere, to provide product attributes. Provide product, technical and application support to customers and distributors in timely manner. Maintain a detailed call log of all customers interactions and follows through the action items expeditiously. Create and maintain competitive part number cross-over matrices and put into Parker cross reference tools. Develop and present product training to field sales, distributors, and customers. Work with Marketing to develop and revise product literature, catalogs, and technical bulletins. Support end users with information regarding distributor sales channels. Accompany and assist Parker Territory Managers and Distributors when required. Interacts with engineering, marketing, and manufacturing to provide input on product design and quality enhancement. Evaluate customer complaints and refer to proper corrective action channel as required Must continuously maintain the highest degree of customer service, throughput, product quality, technically appropriate advice, and documentation Must keep current on competitors' products and nomenclature. Assist customers with product selection needs. Review item master ERP to maintain accuracy of categories including Value Stream and Marketing Product Codes (MPC's). Maintain product family nomenclatures and be gate keeper for new item creation requests to engineering Assist in providing data on item attributes for websphere BS in a technical discipline Minimum 2-3 years of experience in division related products.
