Our client, a fast-growing technology company, is seeking a Technical Full Stack Lead for Mobile to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both iOS and Android mobile app development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of mobile developers to design, develop, and maintain iOS and Android mobile applications.
Work closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure that the team follows best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment.
Mentor and coach team members to develop their technical and soft skills.
Ensure that applications are secure, reliable, and scalable, and meet performance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that integrate with third-party systems.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in mobile development, and make recommendations on their adoption where appropriate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in mobile application development.
Expertise in iOS and Android app development (Native).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work onsite (no hybrid).
