Job Description:

Our client, a growing technology company in Austin, TX, is seeking a Lead Technical Full Stack Lead for Web to join their team. 

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following tech stack:

React JS, Micro Services, and experience with Azure. Experience in Blockchain and AI technologies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of full-stack developers to design, develop, and maintain web applications.
• Design and develop scalable, maintainable, and performant web applications using React JS and Micro Services architecture.
• Ensure that the team follows best practices in software engineering, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Work closely with product owners, designers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Mentor and coach team members to develop their technical and soft skills.
• Ensure that applications are secure, reliable, and scalable, and meet performance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that integrate with third-party systems.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in web development, and make recommendations on their adoption where appropriate.
• Work with Azure technologies to develop, deploy, and manage cloud-based applications.
• Explore and evaluate the potential use of blockchain and AI technologies in the development of web applications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
