What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional haircuts, fades, color, styling, beard trims, and grooming services
Work with a diverse clientele including men, women, and children
Create amazing client experiences that keep guests coming back
Recommend products and services to grow your income
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional station
Bring positive energy and teamwork to the shop every day
What We're Looking For
Active Minnesota Cosmetology or Barber License
Passion for the beauty/barber industry
Strong customer service and people skills
Confidence in clipper cuts, fades, and longer styles
Team players with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Stylists and barbers ready to grow, learn, and have fun doing it
