We are working with a growing technology company in Irvine that is looking to add a Technical Integration Analyst focused on HRIS integrations. This role will sit at the intersection of technical development and client interaction, helping design, improve, and troubleshoot integrations with third-party HRIS systems while supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Desired Skills
• 3–6 years of experience in systems integrations, technical application support, implementation consulting, or related technical analyst roles
• Hands-on experience working with APIs, SFTP, data integrations, and SQL for troubleshooting, validation, and data mapping
• Experience implementing or supporting integrations with HRIS, payroll, ERP, CRM, or other enterprise SaaS platforms
• Ability to work directly with clients to support implementations, troubleshoot integration issues, and explain technical concepts clearly
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify technical workarounds, improve integration capabilities, and take ownership of integration challenges end-to-end
This is a hybrid role based in Irvine. The environment is collaborative but self-driven, with minimal micromanagement. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating across both technical and client-facing responsibilities to improve integrations, solve complex data flow challenges, and enhance the user experience.
