The Technical Interior Designer – Capital Projects is responsible for leading interior design and renovation efforts across Landmark's operational portfolio. This role manages projects from concept through construction administration andFF&E procurement, ensuring that renovation and capital improvement projects are executed with design integrity, cost efficiency, and operational continuity. The ideal candidate brings technical interior design expertise, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to translate brand visioninto durable, budget-conscious environments.

Travel: 50% annual travel responsibility
