Job Summary:
This role is responsible for conducting thorough technical investigations into device complaints, utilizing laboratory equipment and analytical skills to assess product issues. The investigator will document their findings in detailed reports and communicate them effectively to stakeholders. A key aspect of this position involves supporting lab operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of medical devices.Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and document device assessments of complaint samples.
- Author comprehensive evaluation reports with timely delivery.
- Assist with lab equipment implementation and management.
- Conduct root cause analysis for product anomalies.
- Gather and analyze data to support investigations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in a laboratory environment.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in technical investigation and root cause analysis.
Experience in the medical device or biopharmaceutical industry, specifically within the context of product complaints and development, is preferred for this role.
