Position Title: Technical Lead – Azure/C#

Location: Onsite 4 days/week in Deerfield Beach, FL
Contract Type: 12+ Month Engagement

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to oversee a high-performing nearshore Azure/.NET development POD. The initial team will consist of six engineers, expanding to two pods with a total of ten members. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities to drive Agile software delivery in a cloud-native environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Azure/.NET engineers, ensuring delivery excellence and team growth.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Design and deploy CI/CD pipelines leveraging Azure DevOps, Bicep, and ARM templates.
• Drive development using Microservices, event-driven patterns, and n-tier architecture principles.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade Azure Functions.
• Work with NoSQL databases, preferably Azure Cosmos DB, to support scalable data solutions.
• Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical delivery with business objectives in an Agile environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in .NET and C# development.
• At least 7 years of Azure cloud experience, with deep proficiency in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management.
• Proven experience with Azure PaaS offerings and containerized deployments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead distributed teams and interface with stakeholders.
