Technical Lead

IDR is seeking a Technical Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio. This role will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications in a cloud-first environment, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to build scalable and secure solutions. You will be hands-on while providing technical guidance to development teams.

Position Overview for the Technical Lead :

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams while promoting engineering best practices
• Contribute hands-on development to support enterprise application delivery using Java and related technologies
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions through strong architecture and solution design
• Drive cloud architecture and modernization initiatives within the Azure ecosystem
• Lead technical discussions and collaborate across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups

Requirements for the Technical Lead :

• Strong hands-on Java development experience
• Experience serving as a Technical Lead, Lead Developer, or Solution Lead
• Strong experience designing scalable enterprise applications
• Experience with Azure cloud technologies and services
• Experience with architecture and solution design
