Technical Lead Integration

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Strong experience in EDI Integration Support (ANSI X12, Retail Transactions). Experience supporting API-based integrations and partner onboarding. Expertise in integration lifecycle management including onboarding, testing, deployment validation, and production support. Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills. Experience working with retail supply chain, order management, inventory, and partner ecosystems. Excellent stakeholder communication and vendor management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

L1/L2 support for partner integrations leveraging EDI and API technologies. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues across business partners and third-party vendors. Manage EDI transaction processing, exception handling, and error resolution. Perform order resend processing and ensure successful transaction completion. Investigate and resolve inventory feed and data synchronization issues. Support third-party partner onboarding, testing, certification, and go-live activities. Manage API credentials, security tokens, and authentication-related issues. Coordinate IP whitelisting and access control requests with internal and external stakeholders. Document integration workflows, support procedures, troubleshooting guides, and operational runbooks. Work closely with business teams, vendors, and technology teams to ensure seamless support operations. Mentor and train offshore support resources to enhance team capability and service continuity.

Salary Range-$120,000-$140,000 a year
