- Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver efficient supply chain solutions for domestic and international e-commerce.
- Lead the software development lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance.
- Establish team structure and foster growth and morale.
Key results include defining a long-term technical roadmap and guiding technical decisions.
- Requirements include a degree in Computer Science or related field, 2+ years of managing or leading engineering teams, 5+ years in large-scale system development, strong communication skills, and experience in e-commerce supply chain technologies is a plus.
