Job Overview:

Seeking for a Technical Lead (.Net/SQL) Programmer Analyst to support the tolling modernization program. You'll lead SQL and .NET engineering efforts, collaborate on solution design, and guide the technical team in database restructuring and microservices alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design discussions for microservices and database restructuring.
• Perform hands-on SQL engineering and .NET API development.
• Guide engineering teams with strong leadership and collaboration.
• Work with the PM/Scrum Master to support project execution.
• Build data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Ensure compliance with PCI and secure data handling requirements.

Required Skills:

• 10 years of overall IT experience.
• 7 years of SQL Server development experience.
• 5 years of .NET/C# backend development experience.
• 3–5 years of technical lead experience.
• 3 years of modernization or migration project experience.
• 3 years of experience with Azure SQL on IaaS VM environments.
• 3 years of experience building ADF pipelines and supporting ETL workloads.
• 3 years of experience supporting delivery and agile teams.

Preferred Skills:

• 2 years of experience in state government or transportation-related environments.
• 2 years working in regulated or audited environments.
• 2 years of exposure to microservices architecture concepts..
