Technical PowerApps Lead / Delivery Manager
Location: Houston, TX
Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical PowerApps Lead / Delivery Manager to oversee the execution, delivery, and team management of our PowerApps development function. This role will lead a team of 5-10 developers, focusing on day-to-day delivery, stakeholder communication, and team leadership, while driving high-quality application solutions.
This role requires a balanced leader who can manage delivery, support team members, and effectively communicate progress and strategy to leadership.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in:
Project management, delivery leadership, or team management
Managing technical or low-code development teams
Proven ability to manage teams of 5-10+ individuals
Strong communication and presentation skills, including executive-facing materials
Experience creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations for leadership
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
