Technical Lead

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong programming background in one or more languages like .NET
• Experience with cloud architecture and AWS services
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and modern delivery pipelines
• Worked on AI/ML technologies and build applications
• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions
• Provide technical direction and hands-on support to the engineering team

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review code, enforce best practices, and ensure high development standards
• Work with cloud platforms, especially AWS, to design and manage infrastructure
• Support DevOps practices such as CI/CD, automation, monitoring, and deployment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Evaluate and integrate AI/ML tools and approaches where relevant
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Active participation in design discussions.
• Mentor team members and help grow technical capability within the team
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide root-cause analysis
• Resolving technical issues or fulfilling requirements from client side with team collaboration.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and scalability

Salary Range: $90,000 -$120,000 year
