Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API/WCF, and
- SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud environments (e.g., Azure), Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Methodologies: Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities to manage cross-functional expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Architecture & Design: Lead high-level design, write technical specifications, and architect
- scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and upskill junior and mid-level developers
- through code reviews and technical direction.
- Hands-on Development: Write robust code using C#, .NET Core, and related web technologies,
- alongside performance tuning and refactoring.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and
- estimate project scopes alongside product owners and clients.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce coding best practices, automated testing standards, and continuous integration workflows.
Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
