Shift: 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Technical Logistics Associate I (DCC – Tech) for our Manufacturing & Logistics industry client to start IMMEDIATELY at $20.50/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize printing systems following detailed computer instructions
• Accurately complete work orders while maintaining quality and efficiency
• Perform basic troubleshooting of hardware, software, and operating systems
• Safely handle printers, components, and related equipment
• Support warehouse operations like receiving, staging, and packaging
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and procedural standards

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of network communications and protocols
• Knowledge of computer software systems and hardware components
• Ability to troubleshoot operating system tools effectively
• Prior experience in a technical or IT-related role preferred
• Associate’s degree, military technical experience, or relevant certifications a plus

Skills

• Familiarity with device configuration and customization
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
• Skills in hardware troubleshooting and technical equipment handling
• Knowledge of network and communications protocols
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions accurately
