Technical Manager

Elbit Systems is looking for a Technical Manager to work with the U.S. market and the Israeli Air Force, based at the Aircraft Division site in Haifa.

Main Responsibilities:

• Working with various customers in the American market and with the Israeli Air Force, with emphasis on major platform manufacturers such as Boeing and end users • Leading and managing, in a matrix structure, all multidisciplinary project teams including hardware, software, FPGA, mechanics, and more

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electronics / Software / Systems / Aeronautical Engineering • At least 3 years of experience in leading multidisciplinary projects involving hardware, mechanics, and software • Strong familiarity with Head Systems architecture and military standards - Advantage • High level of English • Solid background in hardware / software / systems development - Advantage • Experience in writing requirements, design, and testing documents - Advantage • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
