Basic Job Functions:Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners under the TRUFAST® brand for commercial roofing systems and exterior wall assemblies and facades, and the SPAX® brand for the residential construction market. As the Technical Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness and consideration and position our brands as an authoritative voice in the industry. In this role your primary focus will be on the TRUFAST Wall business and Mass Timber category (SPAX and TRUFAST wall products). You will work closely with cross-functional team members to plan and develop technical marketing content including CEU courses, case studies, articles, white papers, videos and podcasts. You will also be responsible for other marketing initiatives such as trade shows, OEM partner co-marketing materials, collateral materials, email marketing plans, and website maintenance.

Experience:2+ years of business-to-business marketing experience in the general construction/building materials market preferred. Experience and knowledge in specification, design, marketing or sales of building envelope products for exterior wall assemblies and facades is strongly preferred.
Education:Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications or related field
Required Skills/Competencies:Demonstrated ability to create and write educational and engaging technical marketing content targeted at engineers, building consultants, architects, specifiers and contractors is a must.Ability to manage trade shows vendors/partners and represent our brands at shows.Ability to develop collateral materials including catalogs, sell sheets, data sheets and submittals.Understanding of lead capture & management and/or HubSpot CRM a plus.Demonstrates efficient time management and project management skills.Ability to multi-task, appropriately prioritize, be self-motivated and drive projects to completion, while collaborating with others.Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail ensuring accuracy of work.Treats customers, suppliers, managers, and associates with dignity and respect.Excellent skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Familiarity and ability to use Outlook email, Microsoft Teams and Smartsheet a plus.Experience with Adobe Suites (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus.Experience with Pattern PIM/DAM system a plus.
