Technical Onsite Support

Your skills\n\n Minimum of 2\u20133 years of experience in desktop IT support\n Requirement Knowledge of TCP/IP and basic networking concepts\n Familiarity with Windows OS, Mac OS, and common enterprise applications\n Excellent communication and customer service skills\n Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between client sites\n Technical certifications such as A+ or Network+ are preferred\n This role is an Hourly Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $25 - $31 USD based on experience and skillsets.\n \nYour tasks\n \nHemmersbach is seeking an experienced L2 Onsite Technician to provide onsite IT support across enterprise environments. The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
