Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Participate in low to moderately complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Systems Operations Engineering. Review and analyze basic or tactical Systems Operations Engineering assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, related to low-to-medium risk deliverables. Present recommendations for resolving low to moderately complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Provide information to client personnel in Systems Operations Engineering. Required Qualifications: Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

Provide frontline technical support for secure file transmissions between Wells Fargo and internal/external customers via phone and ticketing systems
Evaluate and research tactical technology issues; recommend effective resolutions
Coordinate with cross-functional technical teams to assess system health and troubleshoot incidents
Minimize business impact from application and infrastructure outages
Develop an understanding of business processes to assess technology event impact
Participate in operational initiatives and identify opportunities for process and service improvements
Communicate clearly with internal partners, stakeholders, and functional teams
Experience supporting secure file transmissions
Experience with transmission protocols, such as SFTP, HTTPS, and FTPS
Experience troubleshooting user connectivity and access issues
Experience with ServiceNow for incident, problem, or request management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
