Job Responsibilities

As a key player in our team, you will:

• Manage ticket queues and follow established SOPs.
• Utilize spreadsheets and internal tools to standardize, analyze, and prepare catalog data for upload.
• Validate completed work and resolve data-quality issues.
• Escalate blockers to meet turnaround-time and service-level expectations.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.
• Experience using spreadsheets to organize and analyze data.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and follow detailed instructions.
• Consistently deliver accurate work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferences

• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
