Technical Product Analyst (Data & Agile Lead)

Job Summary (in List Format):

- Serve as a Technical Product Analyst with 6+ years of experience, preferably in mortgage/financial services.
- Lead and participate in data migration, integration, and data modeling activities.
- Utilize advanced SQL and DB2 querying skills; Postgres experience preferred.
- Work with cloud service platforms, microservices architecture, APIs, and proficiency in Angular.
- Conduct and automate testing, particularly using Cypress; write automation test scripts.
- Apply Agile methodology throughout product delivery, including participation in ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprints, retrospectives, and demos.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate discussions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings to elicit needs, requirements, and priorities.
- Design interactive prototypes and mockups to support solution visualization and feedback.
- Analyze complex business/product problems and propose automated system solutions.
- Perform data analysis, process modeling, and document business process flows.
- Research and answer questions related to system functionality, data movement, and processes.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders to resolve challenges and support product decisions.
- Support project planning, prioritization, and upcoming development sprints alongside the product owner and team.
- Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile tools for work management and compliance.
- Promote a customer-centric focus within the Modern Delivery team and advance organizational goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve conflicts, remove roadblocks, and facilitate team improvement.
- Prepare decks, lead demo sessions, and support Agile ceremonies.
- Foster collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement across teams.
- Collaborate with development leads to create project/process specifications and ensure successful product delivery.
