Technical Product Development Manager

As our technical product development manager, you will be work with our team to build a platform from the ground up that our entire company will be utilizing for e-commerce (quote, order to cash), ERP, CRM, ticket management and cloud and system level automation to mention a few…

You will be responsible for the product development and delivery of this platform by participating and overseeing in the design, development and delivery work streams. This includes the coordination of development and delivery including UAT; implementation of systems, processes, and/or policies to improve the efficiency and quality of our platform.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development, delivery and maintenance of our new platform, consisting of e-commerce, including order to cash, ERP, CRM and ticket management.
• Support and direct several product development workstreams to deliver new platform to internal and external users.
• Supports product team and engineering resources by managing break/fix, product escalation; product implementation processes; and more.
• Works closely with software engineers to eliminate blockers and seek to improve development operations
• Manages User Acceptance Testing with product managers
• Lead the product delivery process by ensuring it is thoroughly tested and acceptable to all impacted teams across the company.
• Coordinates with cross-functional such as marketing, sales, customer service, operations and finance to supplement product stories

Must haves:

•  Proven track record of managing several product development workstreams from concept to completion 
•  Experience in a super-fast paced environment while working with management to lay key foundations aka… processes and best practices for sustainability as well as scalability
•  Thrives in taming chaos and motivating high performing teams.
•  Experience with e-commerce, quote to cash/accounting, ERP, CRM, POS, ticket management, automation and cloud-based technologies is desired.
•  Previous experience in Netsuite as plus
•  Ability to multitask with high attention to detail is critical
•  Previous engineering and technical product management experience is critical to the success of this role.
•  Consulting experience is a plus.
