Role Overview:
The Technical Product Manager supports enterprise IT initiatives by translating business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans. The role bridges business stakeholders, engineering teams, and governance functions in a complex public-sector environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead stakeholder discovery and requirement engineering.
Translate business processes into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with architects, security teams, and database administrators on feasibility and risk.
Maintain documentation, status reporting, and process-improvement materials.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of product management or technical program management experience.
Experience with data pipelines, GIS/spatial data systems, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise service platforms.
Experience working with outsourced or contractor-led software development efforts.
Preferred Skills:
Government agency, enterprise IT, or transportation technology background.
Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or ServiceNow.
Vendor management experience.
Additional Details:
Standard schedule, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. Hybrid work arrangement. No expenses allowed.
