Opportunity
Salary Range: $115,000 To $135,000 Annually

We're looking for a dynamic Technical Product Manager to supercharge the Great Clips app, transforming customer experiences and setting new benchmarks in our industry.
Your Mission
As a Technical Product Manager focused on customer technology, you will take on the challenge of leading product development efforts to create digital solutions that deliver value to the Great Clips brand, to franchisees and to customers. You will own product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and feature definition for the Great Clips app and supporting technology - ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the Great Clips business and its customers. Your insights will directly contribute to strategic decisions, feature developments, and the overall direction of the app's growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams-marketing, engineering, and operations-you'll enhance customer satisfaction and propel the Great Clips app's success in the competitive market. Your Work Environment
This is a hybrid work position requiring a combination of three in-office workdays and the option to work from home on the remaining days. In office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Working remotely will require reliable, secure internet.
