Job Description Position Summary We are seeking a Technical Product Engineer to support the implementation and development of the CAE NextGen Project within Flight Operations. This role will work closely with business partners, product owners, engineering teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive product development from concept through launch. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Agile Technical Product Management, Product Lifecycle Management, stakeholder communication, and translating business requirements into technical solutions. Key Responsibilities:
Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Coach and support team members in Agile methodologies and best practices.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, vendors, and business partners.
Partner with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, new requests, priorities, and dependencies.
Identify and resolve conflicts, roadblocks, and delivery challenges.
Support teams in implementing process and product changes effectively.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards at the completion of each sprint.
Guide development teams toward higher levels of Agile and Scrum maturity.
Foster a collaborative environment where team members take ownership of product outcomes.
Drive innovation and support the end-to-end development and launch of products and features.
Collaborate with Digital Business partners and vendors to develop product roadmaps and move products from concept through launch in a fast-paced environment.
Work with cross-functional teams, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, business, and user enablement.
Translate data insights into actionable product capabilities and customer outcomes.
Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and identify potential opportunities and risks.
Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to define product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
Collaborate with business teams to develop, own, and execute product roadmaps.
Translate roadmap initiatives into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs while balancing stakeholder and business requirements.
Lead the product functional design process based on a strong understanding of users, business needs, and technology.
Develop and execute go-to-market plans and ensure Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders have the information and resources needed for successful launches.
Develop and maintain product performance tracking and reporting after launch to support future investment and enhancement decisions.

Ability to translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
Experience working closely with engineering, product, design, analytics, business, and vendor teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
