Qualifications:
Data & Analytics
  • 3+ years of experience in relational and non-relational data research, data mining, data transformation, and/or data streaming.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify impacts across upstream and downstream systems.
Agile Methodology
  • 3+ years of experience working with medium-sized Agile teams (5+ team members).
  • Experience writing both business and technical user stories.
  • 2+ years of Product Owner experience preferred.
  • Agile certifications preferred, including but not limited to CSPO, A-CSPO, CBAP, PO/PM, or equivalent.
Software Development
  • 2+ years of experience in a software development environment or working directly with development teams.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Airline industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and facilitate productive team discussions.
  • Demonstrated curiosity with the ability to think strategically across business and technical processes.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for assigned product(s).
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Architects, Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, and development teams to ensure alignment with product goals, roadmap, and vision.
  • Perform technical analysis of product enhancements and evaluate impacts across upstream and downstream systems.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization activities.
  • Maintain accurate and current work status within Agile management tools.
  • Create and maintain technical and functional requirements, workflows, process documentation, and product specifications.
  • Facilitate squad coordination, communication, and collaboration across teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Program Increment (PI) Planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Translate product roadmaps into prioritized and manageable product backlogs.
  • Own and prioritize the team backlog to maximize business value delivery.
  • Define, refine, and accept user stories based on business and technical requirements.
  • Partner with Product Managers to understand product features, roadmap priorities, and release plans.
  • Ensure alignment between Epics, Features, and User Stories within the backlog.
  • Establish strong working relationships between Product Management and Delivery teams to support value-driven outcomes.
  • Serve as a mentor to junior Product Owners, fostering Agile practices, product ownership skills, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive delivery through all levels of Agile planning, including Vision, Roadmap, Release Planning, Sprint Planning, and Daily Planning.
  • Support Technical Product Owners by providing guidance and alignment across technology platforms and applications.
