Technical Product Owner

Core Job Requirements
Experience
" 7+ years of experience in technical writing, product support, or project delivery
" 2+ years of Product Owner experience within Agile environments
" Background in product development, product management, or Scrum delivery models
Education
" Bachelor s degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Technical Proficiency
" Comfortable working with complex technical systems and applications
" Experience with API documentation and developer-facing content

Documentation Ownership & Strategy
" Own and define the end-to-end documentation strategy for assigned product areas
" Create and maintain user guides, process documentation (Job Aids), FAQs, and knowledge base content
" Manage and maintain Confluence and SharePoint documentation repositories
" Ensure documentation is accurate, scalable, and aligned with product updates

Product Owner & Agile Experience
Agile Delivery
" Experience working within Scrum/Agile methodologies
" Create and manage user stories, tasks, and documentation work items
" Use tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking and collaboration
Product Ownership
" Participate in PI Planning and backlog refinement with Product Owner teams
" Act as the voice of the customer/end user, ensuring usability and clarity
Stakeholder Collaboration
" Partner with Product Owners, Application Managers, Engineers/Developers, and Program Managers
" Gather requirements and ensure technical accuracy and alignment

" Manage multiple documentation initiatives simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
" Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments
" Experience supporting developer tools or engineering platforms
" Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Scrum Certification, or PMP / PMBOK / SDLC
