Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Technical Product Manager
- 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Strong understanding of data platforms, APIs, schemas, and event-based architectures
- Proven experience writing user stories for technical and data-driven teams
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
Roles & Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
- Serve as the Product Owner for AEP-related initiatives, owning and managing the product backlog
- Write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for AEP implementations
- Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies
- Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Act as a single point of contact for the development team on AEP requirements and clarifications Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner closely with Business stakeholders to understand marketing, analytics, personalization, and data needs
- Work with Solution Architects to align business requirements with AEP architecture and best practices
- Collaborate with Engineering, Data, QA, and DevOps teams to support end-to-end delivery
- Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Focus
- Understand and guide work across key AEP components, including:
- Real-Time Customer Profile
- Identity Service
- XDM Schemas
- Data Ingestion (Batch & Streaming)
- Segment Builder
- Destinations
- Adobe Journey Optimizer (if applicable)
- Support integrations between AEP and downstream systems such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, CRM, and marketing platforms
- Ensure proper data governance, consent management, and privacy compliance within AEP
Quality & Governance
- Define and validate acceptance criteria
- Support testing, UAT, and release validation
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise standards, security, and data governance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and AEP implementation standards
