We are seeking aTechnical Product Owner Contractor to design and support enterprise technology solutions that align with business needs, architectural standards, and security requirements. This role will define solution blueprints and partner with engineering, product, and architecture teams to support scalable, reusable platform capabilities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Apache Kafka, modern data integration patterns, cloud-native platforms, and enterprise-scale streaming and batch data architectures.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and support technology solutions that meet business needs and align with enterprise architectural standards.
- Define interaction requirements for components, subsystems, and interfaces to create solution-specific blueprints.
- Convert solution elements into blueprint designs that meet project requirements and enterprise security needs.
- Support architectural activities across a portfolio of solutions, ensuring consistency, scalability, and reuse.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise in solution architecture.
- Own the product backlog by decomposing epics and business vision into developer-ready features and user stories.
- Partner with engineering and architecture teams to design scalable, reusable enterprise data platform capabilities.
- Define and govern batch and streaming data ingestion and integration patterns across the platform.
- Support SAFe Agile / LPM ceremonies, including PI planning, iteration goals, and backlog refinement.
- Incorporate agentic AI and LLM-based automation into platform development workflows.
- Align stakeholders on technical tradeoffs, platform roadmap, and delivery priorities.
- Ensure platform capabilities are cloud-native, scalable, and reusable across enterprise consumers.
- Build proof-of-concepts and reference implementations to accelerate development teams.
- Create reusable data integration and ingestion capabilities for systems of record and make data available in the platform.
- Build capabilities to catalog acquired data for discoverability and governance.
- Independently derive detailed implementation approaches, architecture decisions, and engineering specifications from business vision.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $65 - $70 per hour will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
