Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner (TPO).
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies, including:
    • Definition of Done (DoD)
    • User Stories
    • Backlog Refinement
    • Sprint Planning
    • Automated Testing
  • Good understanding of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and Agile delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach development teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and external communications.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and prioritize new requests.
  • Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity.
  • Drive continuous process improvements and Agile best practices.
  • Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards and Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity and self-organization.
  • Foster a collaborative environment where team members take ownership of product delivery.
  • Lead product innovation and support end-to-end product launches.
  • Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to define product roadmaps and deliver strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with analytics, UX/design, engineering, and enablement teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Translate business needs and customer insights into product features and enhancements.
  • Continuously review business priorities, identify risks, and refine product milestones and deliverables.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap.
  • Develop, own, and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Convert roadmap initiatives into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs while balancing stakeholder expectations and business value.
  • Lead functional product design by combining user needs with technical capabilities.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Monitor product performance after launch using appropriate metrics and reporting to guide future product investments.
