Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Technical Product Owner (TPO).
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies, including:
- Definition of Done (DoD)
- User Stories
- Backlog Refinement
- Sprint Planning
- Automated Testing
Good understanding of Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and servant leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Manage project scope, timelines, and Agile delivery schedules.
Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach development teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and external communications.
Collaborate with Product Owners to manage product backlogs and prioritize new requests.
Identify and remove impediments that impact team productivity.
Drive continuous process improvements and Agile best practices.
Ensure sprint deliverables meet quality standards and Definition of Done (DoD).
Guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity and self-organization.
Foster a collaborative environment where team members take ownership of product delivery.
Lead product innovation and support end-to-end product launches.
Partner with business stakeholders and vendors to define product roadmaps and deliver strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with analytics, UX/design, engineering, and enablement teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Translate business needs and customer insights into product features and enhancements.
Continuously review business priorities, identify risks, and refine product milestones and deliverables.
Work closely with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, feature prioritization, and roadmap.
Develop, own, and execute product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Convert roadmap initiatives into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs while balancing stakeholder expectations and business value.
Lead functional product design by combining user needs with technical capabilities.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with Product Management, Marketing, and Sales teams.
Monitor product performance after launch using appropriate metrics and reporting to guide future product investments.
