Responsibilities:
* Evaluate HVAC/R products for performance, compliance, and market suitability while maintaining certification documentation
* Review technical specifications and drawings, and support product testing, quality control, and certification activities
* Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop specifications, resolve quality issues, and improve products
* Provide technical support and training while monitoring industry regulations, technology trends, and competitive products
Required Skills & Experience:
* 5-7 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC/R industry
* Strong understanding of ductless and/or ducted equipment, refrigeration systems, and associated components
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm
* Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and product data sheets
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HVAC/R Technology, Mechanical Engineering is related field is preferred
* EPA 6-9 Universal certification is preferred
