    Description

    We are currently seeking a Technical Product Trainer. The Technical Product Trainer is responsible for representing Bradford White Corporation and our products utilizing their technical expertise gained through working in our industry. They will establish effective customer relationships by providing technically accurate training, guidance, and support.

    Responsibilities

    • Training and supporting contractors, Independent Service Contractors (ISCs), wholesale distributors, and manufacturer representatives on Bradford White Corporation Products
    • Creating, scheduling, and presenting training sessions to external and internal customers
    • Developing customer and contractor relationships
    • Provide input to management on new product features/benefits that will help meet customer needs and/or wants
    • Provide oversite and guidance on the set-up of remote training facilities
    • Contribute to technical training video filming and planning as needed
    • Be a cohesive team member for all aspects and methods of technical training
    • Support internal and external customers with product installation and service needs
    • Continuous improvement through self-motivation
    • Assist with organizing customer training and factory visits

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree or technical certifications in HVAC/R, mechanical systems, or other related discipline preferred
    • 5+ years technician experience within related trades
    • 5+ years of experience in a customer facing position
    • Up to 75% travel includes frequent overnights
    • Competence with Microsoft Office products
    • Strong focus on customer success and customer experience
