Join us!Job Description:This job is responsible for overseeing the engineering and operational health of video infrastructure used for live events, broadcasts, and media workflows across internal and off-site environments. Key responsibilities include supporting post-production environments and partnering with internal technical teams to ensure enterprise infrastructure is configured and supported for system reliability. Job expectations include expert-level technical planning, real-time response, and continuous alignment to event production and broadcast standards & requirements.This role supports the corporate communications team by providing technical expertise in audio, video, and encoding operations, ensuring smooth execution of live and recorded productions. In addition to managing broadcast systems, the position includes administrative support for scheduling and documentation, as well as on-site and offsite coordination of temporary AV build-outs for Bank of America events in partnership with approved AV vendors.Responsibilities:Oversees the architecture and daily operations of broadcast, event spaces, and post-production infrastructure across studios and event spacesEnsures high-quality video and audio signal acquisition, routing, and encoding for both live and recorded contentManages system readiness and proactively maintain production-critical infrastructure across all supported locationsSupports installation, configuration, and monitoring of production gear, edit suites, and media delivery workflowsCollaborates with event leads, engineers, and internal support teams to deliver flawless live event and broadcast experiencesLeads technical planning and execution for system upgrades, expansions, and continuity-of-service effortsDocuments configurations, standard operating procedures, and technical guidelines; resolves technical issues and uphold production readiness standards across environmentsRequired Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Broadcast Operations, AV Support or live event productionBroadcast engineering fundamentals (audio/video signal flow, encoding, streaming)Live event production supportStrong organizational and planning skillsVendor coordination and relationship managementFamiliarity with AV systems and networking basicsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAdaptability to manage multiple responsibilitiesWillingness to travel up to 40%Desired Qualifications:AVIXA CTS-D or CTS-I - advanced design or installation specializationAudiovisual Network Professional (ANP) - AV networking expertiseManufacturer-specific training/certifications, such as: Yamaha Pro Audio (CL/QL/Rivage series consoles), Dante Domain Manager Administrator, Ross Video Carbonite or Ultrix training, Shure Wireless Systems certification and Panasonic Broadcast Systems trainingCisco CCNA - networking fundamentals for AV-over-IP environmentsSkills:Production SupportRisk ManagementSystem InstallationTechnical DocumentationTechnical TroubleshootingCollaborationPlanningProcess ManagementProject ManagementResource ManagementAdaptabilityData Collection and EntryEvent PlanningProcess SimplificationWritten CommunicationsMinimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalentShift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40 Learn more about this role Apply × To proceed with your application, you must be at least 18 years of age.
