Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Business Systems Consulting challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Business Systems Consulting deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Business Systems Consulting.

The Innovation Coordinator (IC) manages the end-to-end lifecycle of Innovation Labs engagements, serving as the primary point of contact for innovation teams throughout their journey from initial consultation through environment close-out. The successful candidate will conduct lab consultations, coordinate onboarding activities, manage request approvals, oversee provisioning efforts, facilitate environment delivery, monitor support tickets, and coordinate decommissioning activities. Working closely with lab engineers and other stakeholders, the IC assesses innovation viability, gathers requirements, ensures required approvals are obtained, resolves issues, and helps deliver a seamless customer experience. The IC also maintains accurate documentation, tracks requests and support activities throughout the engagement lifecycle, and ensures adherence to Innovation Labs policies, processes, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Innovation Labs requests from intake through close-out, serving as the primary point of contact for innovation teams.
• Conduct lab consultations, facilitate discovery sessions, and gather business and technical requirements.
• Partner with lab engineers to assess innovation viability and coordinate environment onboarding and delivery.
• Coordinate approval activities and track requests through all stages of the lifecycle.
• Monitor provisioning activities, support ticket resolution, and customer communications.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and knowledge content using Confluence and other approved tools.
• Ensure compliance with Innovation Labs policies, processes, and operational standards.
• Participate in application enhancements, testing, release activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• Assist with operational reporting, metrics collection, and status reporting.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications, and promotional efforts that increase awareness and adoption of Innovation Labs services.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, and managing operational processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with documentation, reporting, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Confluence, Jira, and Agile/Scrum delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, testing, and release coordination.
• Familiarity with technology evaluation, onboarding, innovation programs, or technology lab environments preferred.
