Job Summary:
This role is for a seasoned Technical Program Manager to oversee AI-driven HR product development for a six-month contract. You will orchestrate projects from initial concept through to final deployment, ensuring alignment among diverse teams. Your primary objective is to facilitate efficient cross-functional execution and remove impediments to progress, without direct hands-on development.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive AI initiatives from ideation to delivery.
Outline project plans with clear objectives and timelines.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesive efforts.
Facilitate discussions to gather requirements and feedback.
Proactively address and resolve project risks and blockers.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven program management expertise.
Understanding of the AI/ML product lifecycle.
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
Industry Experience:
Experience in technology-driven environments, particularly with AI or data-driven products, is highly preferred.
