Job Summary:
This role involves leading complex software development initiatives from planning to execution. The individual will drive cross-functional efforts, define roadmaps, and ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Critical thinking and strong communication skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage multi-functional technical projects.
Define and own product roadmaps and priorities.
Lead engineering teams to meet project milestones.
Identify and mitigate program risks and issues.
Report on program status and progress.
8 years of engineering and program management experience.
Solid understanding of software engineering methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools.
Industry Experience:- Experience in software development lifecycle management and cross-functional technical program execution is crucial for this position.
