Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour on W2
Job Summary:This role involves overseeing the end-to-end execution of significant technical projects that impact both customer-facing web experiences and internal operational systems. You will be responsible for managing project lifecycles from initiation to successful delivery, requiring strategic planning, proactive risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder communication. Success hinges on driving complex initiatives forward with minimal supervision and ensuring high-quality, on-time, and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive program execution across scope, timelines, and resources.
- Develop comprehensive, cross-team project plans.
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and dependencies.
- Synthesize and communicate program status to stakeholders at all levels.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes and procedures.
Must-Have Skills:- 5+ years of program/project management experience.
- Proven experience leading large enterprise web projects.
- Strong understanding of web technologies.
Industry Experience:Experience with digital marketing technologies and data management is preferred.
