Technical Program Manager - Active Top Secret

Our client is seeking a highly qualified Technical Program Manager to support mission-critical Department of Defense and Intelligence Community initiatives. This position provides technical and programmatic leadership across advanced intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and information technology efforts supporting national security objectives.

The selected candidate will oversee complex technical programs, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support the integration of emerging intelligence capabilities. This role requires strong experience managing technical programs within defense or intelligence environments and the ability to communicate effectively with senior government leadership.

This is a full-time position supporting government customers in a secure environment.

Required Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility or adjudication required
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 9 years of experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project or program management efforts
• Strong understanding of intelligence operations, ISR concepts, and technical program execution
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
