Description

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager with 12+ years of experience in managing large content management projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee large-scale content management projects.
  • Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including development, QA, and integration.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of AEM Sites, Assets, and Cloud Services.
  • Utilize Java, REST APIs, and front-end technologies for system integration.
  • Apply Agile/Scrum and Kanban frameworks for project execution.
  • Communicate effectively and manage stakeholder expectations.
Must-Have Skills:
  • 12+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including development, QA, and integration.
  • Familiarity with AEM Sites, Assets, and Cloud Services.
  • Expertise in Java, REST APIs, and front-end technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing large content management projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience working in digital transformation projects.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
