RHTP is a large-scale, multi-year initiative focused on improving rural healthcare access, strengthening provider capacity, modernizing technology infrastructure, expanding data-driven care coordination, and supporting sustainable rural health systems across Massachusetts. The program includes seven major initiatives with technology, data, integration, security, reporting, and implementation dependencies.
This role is focused on IT project delivery and technology coordination, including aligning work and reporting with the RHTP IT Program Management Office. The RHTP Technical Program Manager will either directly manage selected IT projects or workstreams and will track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and readiness status across RHTP IT-related activities.
