Technical Program Manager – Cross-Workstream Program Coordination
Experience: 10–15+ years
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-workstream program coordination for large-scale transformation initiatives, with a strong emphasis on M&A integrations and EUC (End User Computing) programs.
This individual will act as a Senior Program Lead, driving coordination across multiple project managers (PMs), ensuring unified governance, and delivering seamless execution across complex, interdependent workstreams—including large-scale endpoint and VDI deployments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Workstream Program Coordination
Act as Senior Program Lead coordinating across multiple PMs and workstreams
Produce consolidated program status reporting for executive stakeholders
Maintain an integrated RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
Drive dependency alignment to eliminate delivery conflicts
Identify and resolve delivery blockers proactively
Provide structured escalation management and leadership updates
2. End-to-End Program Delivery
Own full lifecycle program delivery, including detailed program planning
Define milestones, deliverables, timelines, and governance models
Establish program-level KPIs and success metrics
Ensure alignment with business outcomes, especially in M&A integrations
3. Program Execution & Governance
Maintain and continuously update program plans, schedules, and dependencies
Track due dates, deliverables, and decision logs
Own and manage RAID artifacts
Identify risks, manage mitigations, and escalate when required
Drive cross-functional collaboration across IT, business, and operations
Enable informed decision-making through structured governance and reporting
4. Organizational Change Management (OCM)
Develop and execute communication strategies (executive & operational levels)
Drive clarity on program updates, changes, and transitions
Ensure operational readiness through structured planning
Lead creation of playbooks, SOPs, and transition documentation
Support business adoption and change enablement
5. EUC (End User Computing) Program Leadership
Program Governance
Lead phased rollout strategy: POC → Pilot → Full Deployment
Manage wave-based deployment across:
5,000+ endpoints
3,000+ VDIs
Operational Readiness Ownership
Drive closure and readiness of:
SOC operating model
Support and escalation workflows
Defender transition validation
Reporting and visibility enablement
Cross-Functional Coordination
Align and orchestrate across:
IT Operations
Security
Service Desk
Infrastructure
External vendors
Synchronize workstation and VDI workstreams
Deployment Tracking & Reporting
Establish centralized deployment tracking:
Installation status
Wave planning
Device segmentation
Deliver SteerCo-level dashboards, reporting, and risk visibility
Pilot Governance & Scaling
Define pilot cohorts across cross-functional user groups
Establish readiness gates for rollout progression
Ensure scaling decisions are based on validated pilot outcomes
6. Mergers & Acquisitions (Mandatory)
Lead or support M&A integration programs (PMI)
Drive coordination across IT, HR, Finance, and Operations
Manage integration timelines, risks, and dependencies
Align systems, processes, and teams post-acquisition
Ensure seamless technology and operational integration
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of Core Program Management Skills
Strong expertise in Program Coordination & Governance
Experience managing multi-workstream enterprise programs
Advanced RAID management and dependency mapping
Proven executive reporting and stakeholder communication
8+ years of Execution Excellence
Deep experience in:
End-to-end delivery ownership
Execution tracking and governance
Cross-functional collaboration
Strong ability to identify blockers and drive resolution
5+ years of EUC & Deployment Experience
Proven experience managing large-scale endpoint/VDI deployments
Familiarity with enterprise security tools (e.g., Defender)
Experience in wave-based rollout strategies and pilot scaling
3+ years of M&A Experience
Hands-on experience in M&A integrations
Strong understanding of post-merger integration challenges
5+ years of Organizational Change Management
Proven ability to design and execute communication plans
Experience creating playbooks and transition frameworks
Strong focus on operational readiness and adoption
Tools & Technologies
MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar
Reporting tools (Power BI, dashboards, etc.) preferred
Leadership & Soft Skills
Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership
Strong decision-making and influence capabilities
Exceptional communication skills (written & verbal)
Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
Exposure to global delivery models
