Role: Technical Program Manager (Crypto / Blockchain / Tokenization / AI Delivery)
Location: Southlake, TX ; Austin, TX

Responsibilities:
Program Execution & Cross-Team Orchestration

Own end-to-end execution of the Crypto Custody, Blockchain, and Tokenization roadmap.
Orchestrate delivery across engineering, platform, security, SRE, risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams.
Drive cross-functional dependency management with clarity, urgency, and accountability.
Convert strategic priorities into sequenced, executable delivery plans.

AI-Centric Development Life Cycle (Primary Accountability)
Lead adoption of an AI-centric development lifecycle across the Crypto program.
Ensure teams leverage AI for planning, decomposition, design, documentation, reviews, dependency tracking, and risk surfacing.
Establish GenAI as the default delivery accelerator across the program.
Partner with engineering leaders to reduce manual effort, accelerate feedback cycles, and improve execution predictability.
Continuously identify opportunities to use AI to simplify, accelerate, and de-risk delivery.

Technical Fluency & Execution Leadership
Bring sufficient technical fluency across crypto custody, blockchain integrations, tokenization, security, DR, and operational readiness
Challenge plans with the right technical questions and ensure delivery reflects true implementation complexity.
Reduce coordination burden on engineering leaders by managing cross-team execution complexity.

Risk, Readiness & Governance Management
Proactively identify and manage delivery, technical, security, regulatory, and sequencing risks
Ensure architecture, security, risk, and readiness reviews happen early and with intent.
Drive clarity on go-live criteria, cutover and rollback planning, and operational readiness checkpoints.
Align with SRE and Custody leads to meet institutional-grade reliability and readiness standards.

Operating Cadence & Executive Communication
Establish and run a disciplined program operating cadence.
Deliver executive-ready updates focused on progress, outcomes, risks, mitigations, and decisions required.
Use AI-assisted reporting to improve signal quality while reducing overhead.
Ensure leadership has a clear, accurate, and decision-oriented view of the program at all times.

Qualifications:
Core Qualifications

8 years of experience in technical program or project management within complex platform and enterprise technology environments.
Proven track record of leading execution across high-risk, regulated, or security-sensitive platforms and initiatives.
Strong ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments while maintaining rigorous delivery discipline.
Demonstrated credibility and confidence in working closely with senior engineers, architects, and executive stakeholders.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working within AI-assisted or AI-led delivery models.
Prior exposure to crypto custody, blockchain, or broader financial services platforms.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with security, risk, and regulatory stakeholders.
Strong systems-thinking capability, with the ability to connect technology, process, risk, and business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
