We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end Customer Master Data (MDM) migration programs across legacy and target platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data migration strategy, MDM, program governance, stakeholder management, and SOX compliance and controls.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, accurate, auditable, and timely migration of customer master data while minimizing business disruption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Customer Master Data migration programs across legacy and target platforms.
• Define and execute migration strategy, roadmap, governance framework, migration plans, and cutover approach.
• Establish migration milestones, validation checkpoints, dependencies, and program reporting.
• Define and oversee source-to-target data mapping and data validation processes.
• Establish data accuracy controls including:
  • Record count validation
  • Data reconciliation
  • Exception tracking
  • Approval workflows
  • Audit evidence capture
• Partner with Business, Technology, Data, Audit, Risk, and Compliance teams throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Ensure SOX controls and compliance requirements are embedded into migration planning and execution.
• Ensure adherence to change management, access control, segregation of duties (SoD), logging, and documentation requirements.
• Establish appropriate governance and audit trails for migration activities and approvals.
• Identify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and impediments.
• Drive timely resolution of migration issues and escalate critical risks to senior leadership.
• Provide clear executive-level status reporting on program health, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure migration activities are completed according to schedule.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, governance artifacts, migration plans, control evidence, and audit documentation.
• Ensure migration activities minimize operational and business disruption.

Required Skills

• 8 10 years of experience in technical program/project management.
• Strong experience managing data migration programs, preferably Customer Master / MDM.
• Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and customer data domains.
• Hands-on experience with SOX controls, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Experience with data migration governance, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Strong understanding of source-to-target mapping and data quality controls.
• Experience with change management, access controls, Segregation of Duties (SoD), audit trails, and documentation.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present program status to executive leadership.
• Experience coordinating business, technology, data, audit, and compliance teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise Customer MDM implementations or migrations.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms such as Informatica MDM, SAP MDG, or similar technologies.
• Experience with large-scale legacy-to-modern platform migrations.
• Experience managing migration cutovers, mock conversions, UAT, reconciliation, and post-migration validation.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar program management certification is a plus.
• Experience in highly regulated financial or enterprise environments is preferred.
