Pay Range: $75-$80/hr W2

Job Summary:
This role requires a Technical Program Manager to standardize and scale critical operational procedures for data center construction projects. You will be responsible for translating complex technical information into clear, executable documentation that enhances safety and project efficiency. The position focuses on collaborating with engineering and operational teams to ensure accuracy and streamline approval processes across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop safety-critical technical procedures and work instructions.
  • Translate intricate system designs into user-friendly guidance.
  • Collaborate with engineers and project managers to validate technical accuracy.
  • Standardize documentation to reduce approval times and improve consistency.
  • Refine procedures based on deployment feedback and lessons learned.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven technical writing experience with demonstrable safety-critical documentation.
  • Familiarity with data center electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Strong ability to manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Industry Experience:
Experience in the data center or critical infrastructure industry is essential for understanding the operational complexities and safety requirements of this role.
