Introduction

Product development IT is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Technical Program Manager to lead the execution of complex, multi-workstream enterprise platform implementations and business transformation initiatives. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will partner with cross-functional development teams, IT leadership, and external vendors to translate long-term objectives into actionable roadmaps, optimize development workflows, and drive predictable, high-quality delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Must-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered)

  • 10 years of experience in IT; 5 years in Program Management
  • 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or delivery lead role in product development
  • Proven experience guiding execution using Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments
  • Outstanding ability to identify, map, and manage highly complex technical and operational dependencies
  • Strong capability to analyze program metrics and present data-driven insights
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with experience managing third-party technology vendors
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Nice-to-have skills but are not required)

  • Technical background (e.g., BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience)
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
  • Deep hands-on experience utilizing Jira for backlog grooming, sprint planning, dependency mapping, workflow customization, and executive reporting

Day-to-Day Responsibilities (key tasks and expectations for the role)

  • Translate long-term business objectives into an actionable technology strategy and a structured implementation roadmap
  • Spearhead quarterly and Program Increment (PI) planning processes
  • Design and execute comprehensive integration plans across complex, multi-workstream enterprise platform implementations
  • Proactively map and track cross-functional dependencies across deliverables
  • Establish, monitor, and continuously optimize streamlined development processes
  • Ensure all project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are successfully completed
  • Effectively communicate program health, milestones, and status updates to diverse stakeholders
  • Provide accurate, insightful analysis and reporting
  • Foster strong collaboration with IT teams, IT leadership, and external technology vendors
