The Technical Program Manager is a key member of the Design and Engineering team, responsible for managing multiple data center design and solution delivery projects from start to finish.
They will establish program structures, standards, and systems to ensure consistency, accountability, and efficiency across internal teams and external partners.
The role includes developing project schedules, governance, templates, and automation tools, coordinating deliverables, managing stakeholder and vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years of experience in complex technical projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with project management tools.
Preferred backgrounds include data centers, mission-critical infrastructure, or digital delivery environments.
