Technical Program Manager, FinTech

About the Role: As a Technical Program Manager within our Product Engineering department, you will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring teams have the resources, guidance, and clear project plans needed to deliver high-quality software. Youll bridge technical and business stakeholders, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across our product and engineering organization. Program Management is a new and growing function at Veracross and you will have the opportunity to help iterate and improve upon existing processes. This role will be embedded within Veracross FinTech portfolio teams, assisting with their overall project management and communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple teams and is able to seamlessly manage multiple key initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage key initiatives and programs for the Fintech teams
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Assist in optimizing and improving existing program management processes, methodologies
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for multiple projects simultaneously
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving mitigation strategies and resolution
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective, proactive communication and transparent reporting
• Track and communicate program status, health, metrics, and milestones to leadership
• Coordinate quarterly and annual capacity planning across Fintech engineering teams to optimize resource allocation
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and best practices alongside product and engineering management
