    Description

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical discipline is required.
    • Master’s degree strongly preferred
    • PMP certification preferred
    • 10 years experience semiconductor industry, capital equipment, or high-complexity electromechanical systems (Semiconductor test systems- Global Experience
    • MS Project, Excel, Jira, confluence and SharePoint
    • Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams through full product lifecycle from concept and design through NPI, pilot builds, and high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
    • Fluent with compliance/safety and regulatory standards (e.g., SEMI S2/S8, F47, CE).
    • Familiar with tools: FMEA, 8D, DMAIC, and Kaizen methodologies
    • Hands-on experience with DFM/DFT methodologies, reliability testing, problem solving: 8D, Fishbone, FMEA & DMAIC
    • Support development of production and reliability tests to ensure robust product performance

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead cross-functional product development teams across mechanical, thermal, electrical, software, and automation/robotics domains.
    • Strategic program oversight with deep technical engagement, ensuring timely delivery of high-performance solutions
    • Drive the development of complex test systems for cutting-edge semiconductor devices.
    • Translate customer requirements into actionable engineering plans and performance standards.
    • Oversee design, validation, and release of sub-assemblies and full systems.
