Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional engineering development across multiple disciplines, including L10 systems, and L11 rack-level solutions.
Own and drive overall program schedule planning, execution, and milestone management.
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including risk assessment, issue resolution, change management, and mitigation planning.
Drive cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and rack-level product solutions from NPI through mass production.
Ensure on-time delivery of customer milestones and key program deliverables.
Coordinate and lead regular internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate program status, drive issue resolution, and align project objectives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across global teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of program management experience in the server, data center, or IT industry.
Server background is a plus
Strong project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and execute complex, detail-oriented projects effectively.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000-$170,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.
